Swimming: 3 Km
2 LapsThink about a good warm-up, as the water will be chilly but calm, and the wind usually picks up in the early afternoon.
A few days before the race you should take the opportunity to become familiar with the pond and take your marks. Don’t forget that there will be two loops , therefore, do not rush and spare your efforts.

Cycling - 80 km:
Km 0 to Km 20 - 4 lapsDon’t start too fast. This portion is a succession of short slopes going up and down along small creeks bordering the first part of the course. Don’t take too big gear ratios since you will be helped by the wind on this section.
Running-20km
4 laps:The course is an asphalt course along the seaside. There are eight aid stations on the course, thus you should drink regularly. The running section includes 4 loops .The first loop should help you finding a rhythm and a stride, take the time to experiment sensations, and then, after having taken your marks during the first loop, you may give your best for the three remaining loops and easily finish this first ITU Weil Hai Long distance triathlon.
