Access to the start line


A shuttle service will be available at your hotel and will drop you off at the start line.
Families and friends may also use these shuttles to go to the start line.

Swimming : 2 laps of 1.5km


In September, the water temperature is between 20°C and 22°C.
The swimming event takes place in the bay of Whe Hai, start from the beach with two loops of 1.5 km and then an “Australian style exit” before moving on to the second lap.
You’ll have the opportunity to practice a few days before the race, on the exact same beach where the competition takes place. A changing room will be available on the beach.
END OF SWIMMING EXIT TIME AT 12:00 A.M (120 minutes after the start)

Equipment depository


Bicycles are to be lodged at the bike park race morning.

Cycling: Four 20 km loops.


END OF CYCLING TIME SET AT 16:00 P.M. (CLOSING TIME OF THE BIKE PARK)

Running


Four 5 km loops.

Aid stations:


For the cycling event, over the 80 km of the course, 4 aid stations will be set up, with an option for personal refreshments at “km 20”.
Personal refreshments must be handed to the organisers on the morning race.
The energy drink will be provided by our  partner.
-    “Km 10-50”: water
-    “Km 20-60”: Food and fluid (water, Coke, isotonic drinks, fruits, sugar, salty) + personal refreshment
-    “Km 30-70”:water
-    “Km 40-80”: Food and fluid (water, Coke, isotonic drinks, fruits, sugar, salty) + personal refreshment

For the running, 8 aid stations will be set up over the 20 km race.
Each station providing water, coke, energy drinks  at Km 2.5 , Km 7 , Km 12.5 ,  Km 17.5 and solid food at Km 5 , Km 10, Km15 and the finish line.
